Where to get it

Granted by the dreaming armor in the abandoned house of Solana City once its three lost echoes (Echo Grotto, Solana Ruins, Wilderwood) are found and the offering (3,000 coins + 5 Charms) is paid. It doubles as an equippable skin and grants a permanent +10% coins on wild wins.
