Wild encounters roll any element except the endgame Etherial and Lunar types, so Voltragon can appear in any tall-grass or open-water zone - from Route 1 (Lv.3-4) up to the Wilderwood (Lv.12-14). Weaken it and use a Capture Net.

Does Voltragon evolve?+

No - Voltragon keeps its form at every level. It still grows stronger as it levels up; only the element mascots have evolved forms.

What is Voltragon weak against?+

Voltragon takes 1.5x damage from Grass. Switch to a safer creature to answer the matchup.
